Can’t change my contact number

Hi. I can't change my contact number either. It's not coming back with an error, however, no matter how many times I change it, after refreshing or logging out and back in, it still shows the old number.

I've cleared my cache, cookies, etc, I tried 4 different browsers and on all 4 I've been attempting incognito mode too. Nothing works.

This seems to be kind of an old thread and still a lot of customers complaining about a very minor thing that your tech gurus should easily fix. 

Please fix your platform as every time I'm trying to sign in or check something it takes too long to access it.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble updating the contact number via the My Virgin Media account, despite the troubleshooting you've tried. Have you also tried doing the change via a different device?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes, I tried from 2 different Windows devices, one iPhone and a Linux machine.

    On all, I used different browsers as well, including incognito mode.
