Payments Won't Go Through

Hello,

I need to make a payment for broadband but the payments won't go through on my Virgin media or the website. The phone number also doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

    We can't take payments via this platform, we'd recommend contacting the team on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other line to speak to the team. We also have an automated payments line on 0800 0643777.
