O2 Priority app

My husband and I used to be able to access O2 Priority from our individual phones but now my access seems to have been cancelled. Is that because it is his Virgin Media account and only 1 email address is permitted?

  • Hi MrsP18 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

So is one of your email addresses registered to O2 and the other Virgin Media?

If so then yes, you'll need to link both accounts as one so under one email address.

    We hope this helps.

The Virgin Media account is in my husband's name. When I try to access the O2 priority app I get the error message: "sorry you can't access this page". The "link Virgin Media account" option comes back with "we've found your a account but with a different email address". The option it then presents is to transfer the log in to my email address. That would then mean that my husband would not be able to access the O2 priority app. We both had access to the app before from the phones that are registered in our individual names but I cannot now access the app, my husband can.

Thanks for coming back to us MrsP18, and we're sorry to hear of the issue with the O2 priority application and it's access following the requirement for account holders to link their Virgin Media accounts to the O2 accounts.

This may need to be raised directly with O2 to see if they are able to assist with the login details that you would need for your priority application.

If the account with O2 is held in your husbands name, they may need to speak to him directly as this would likely be an account holder only action.

      Thanks,
