Unable to login to O2 Priority app
This used to work fine. Not sure what's happened but I tried to login - it asked for my email address - it sent me a verification email. It then said it wanted to link my virgin media account to my O2 account (didn't know I had one ?).
However, now when I login (using the email address I use for Virgin) it then asks for a password - but the email address it is showing me is spelt incorrectly? Therefore I cannot login and if I ask to "Verify another way" it just sends me back around in the same loop !
Any ideas anyone please?
