Unable to login to O2 Priority app

This used to work fine. Not sure what's happened but I tried to login - it asked for my email address - it sent me a verification email. It then said it wanted to link my virgin media account to my O2 account (didn't know I had one ?). 

However, now when I login (using the email address I use for Virgin) it then asks for a password - but the email address it is showing me is spelt incorrectly? Therefore I cannot login and if I ask to "Verify another way" it just sends me back around in the same loop !

 

Any ideas anyone please?

    Welcome back to the Community Forums.

    We have actioned a process now to merge both the customers' O2 online accounts and My Virgin Media online accounts. 

    Are you saying you're not sure if you have an O2 online account? 

    Are you able to double-check that you have an O2 online account registered for your service? 

  • It's more than that now by the looks of it. When I try a login to my Virgin Media account I put in my correct name and password and it accepts that, but then it takes me to another page for VM/02 and my email address on there is wrong. Therefore, when I put my password in it doesn't accept it. There is no way to change the incorrect email address either. What is going on? Looks like there's been some merging of accounts that's gone badly wrong.

      Thanks for coming back to the thread and confirming that this issue is also related to your Virgin Media services, as well as O2.

      I'd be happy to take a look into this matter and assist with Virgin Media's side of being able to log into the Virgin Media account, with the linking to the O2 account also considered.
