New customer, app access issue

My line is installed and account active however I cannot log on to the app.

It tells me my virgin media 02 e mail address and virgin media account e mail are different. However they are the same.

I have attempted to log on from 2 devices but same issue.

Please help.

    Sorry to hear you've been unable to sign into your online account. 

    Do any of the steps help from here at all? 

    If not, and you're stuck at the linking part of the sign-in journey for Virgin Media O2 ID, are you able to try the steps here, where we've seen customers using this workaround have been able to link their Virgin Media O2 ID?

    Let us know how you get on with these steps, and if you've any further concerns, please let us know.

      Thank you for responding. It did not work, it's states I don't have an account when using the log in via bing. 

      But it does find my account when attempting to link virgin media ID via virgin media o2.  I have also raised this via Web messenger and a ticket has been raised.
