My Virgin Media App - Unable to reset password

I've been trying to reset the password on the My Virginmedia app with no success. I've updated the email address used to sign in but the password reset emails are not arriving in my inbox. I also spent ages on the phone yesterday to virgin with no success. An agent promised to call me back but didn't
