I have two account numbers?
I’ve been a customer since December, I seem to have two account numbers, both in browser and my virgin media app think my services haven’t started yet, This is very annoying as I can’t view my bill anywhere but via email, I can’t change any settings. I can’t for the life of me get hold of anyone on the live chat, any solutions aside from sitting on hold for an undetermined amount of time…
