I cant log in

Im trying to log into MyVirginMedia but its asking me security questions but once I enter the correct details I get this error message "Oops, we've ran into a problem. Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)" its been over a day since this happened and its still happening help please.

    To confirm, have you been able to try this on different web browsers?
