Email address linked to old account

Hi there

I recently started a new contract with Virgin, but my email address is linked to a previous, cancelled account. This means I cannot set up my Virgin Media App to my new account.

Please can you assist?

    I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and I would be more than happy to take a look into this with you via a private message.

      In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

      If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
