Email address different to one on my Virgin Media O2 ID...? Cannot link.
Hi - I really could do with some assistance on this please, as I'm going around in circles and not a good start to being a VM customer.
I've spoken to customer services as well, and we're no further forward.
I've read a similar post on this, tried all the suggested steps, and still no luck.
I want to be able to view my account online, but keep receiving an error.
I've tried every possible email address that I've ever had in my 41 years on earth - to no avail.
Please help...?

Just to confirm, have you registered your account with us as seen here after creating your VMO2 ID? Have you also tried the following resolution to see if it helps?
