Can’t see upcoming appointment in app?
I rang last week and arranged a technician appointment. Told I would be able to view the upcoming appointment in my app (if I needed to make any changes) but I can’t see it in there. I’ve just had my bill for the month and the £25 fee isn’t added on either…
so now I’m worried the appointment hasn’t been made? Is there anyone that can check this for me please?
