Can’t see upcoming appointment in app?

I rang last week and arranged a technician appointment. Told I would be able to view the upcoming appointment in my app (if I needed to make any changes) but I can’t see it in there. I’ve just had my bill for the month and the £25 fee isn’t added on either…

so now I’m worried the appointment hasn’t been made? Is there anyone that can check this for me please?

    It can take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up as this is a Community based Forum, not a direct line to VM as such.  If your need is urgent, phone in.

    Also note if there are any faults in your area, VM will not send a technician until it is fixed.
