Blocked from logging into virgin media account

Question

I just tried to log into my virgin media account (not my email and it wasn’t on the app but on the web page) and received the following message:

Blocked

You couldn't be authenticated. Server error.

I tried resetting my password but the same thing happened. Any ideas what the issue is?

I'm having the exact same issue. Tried from my regular web browser on my laptop, from an incognito window and from my phone - same result every time. Looks like a few others are having the same problem so hopefully Virgin will fix it soon....

me too, cant get in since yesterday which is annoying as they charged me £14 more this month for some reason, I am still in contract and have not made any TV purchases, pretty useless without being able to log in....

The same error message appears this morning. Looks like the issue or problem has not yet been fixed.
