I'm having the exact same issue. Tried from my regular web browser on my laptop, from an incognito window and from my phone - same result every time. Looks like a few others are having the same problem so hopefully Virgin will fix it soon....

The same error message appears this morning. Looks like the issue or problem has not yet been fixed.

me too, cant get in since yesterday which is annoying as they charged me £14 more this month for some reason, I am still in contract and have not made any TV purchases, pretty useless without being able to log in....

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account at the moment. Just to clarify, you're able to use your online account via the app but not via the browser. If you could please answer the below questions, this will help us to get to the bottom of the issues.
Are you using a VPN at all?
Have you tried via a different device or browser?
Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and try again?
Are you able to view the site using mobile data instead of a WiFi connection?
