Hello AdamWD91,
Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear the details on our App still show your old account.As you have moved and have a new account number, you will need to register this with the current account details.
It's probably easier to go through My Virgin Media on a web browser here
Once that has been done just log into the actual App.
If that fails please let us know and we can take a look from here.

Hi,
I've tried via the Web browser, but I have the same issue as the email address registered is the same, it just opens up the old account number so I can't do anything regarding updating it.
