Account number - not received
How do I get virgin media to send the email I should have received when I joined. Have tried phoning but have not got any where. With out this I’m unable to use virgin to its full potential. I must say I’m not impressed so far with Virgin and thinking of trying to cancel as there is no point in paying for something that I cannot use properly.
