Signing in bottom right hand corner of recording

Had an odd occurrence here using a Tivo box. We recorded Signora Volpe episode 2, only to find upon playback it has someone in the bottom right corner signing.
Episode 1 didn't have this and the same episode 2 viewed through UKTV play online doesn't..

Clearly this isn't the default for the programme, so is there anything in our tivo box which we've done to cause this?
None of our other recordings do it

    What was the date & time of the programme you recorded?

    Was it the 8pm showing or the overnight repeat? I suspect (being a TiVo) that you had 3 other recordings already set for the 8pm showing, your box has correctly picked up the overnight repeat - and this was broadcast as a signed version.
