Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box at the moment. I can see that you've spoken to the team since you last posted. Have they been able to resolve your TV box issues to your satisfaction?

In addition to the previous response, be clear in advance of being asked, which box you want in exchange.
A V6 runs the same TiVo-software but on a newer box that's far more capable, and runs Netflix
A TV360 will likely be VM's preferred suggestion, it's fundamentally different to TiVo and is more online-centric.
There are pros & cons both ways, you'll lose any existing recordings on your TiVo in any case.
