I have got an old Tivo box and i cant get Netflix anymore it says i can get a free uprade but how do i go about it please.

Netflix was removed from the older tivo boxes last November and VM advised customers of the free upgrade process at the time. When you tried to access netflix there should have been an onscreen notice (as shown below) advising of the need to contact VM.
Customers with TiVo only boxes would be upgraded to 360 boxes. These use the Horizon interface and are completely different to tivo/V6 boxes lacking a number of tivo's copyright functions.
Anyone that has a V6 and tivo should have been offered V6 boxes to replace the older tivo box if they preferred to take that route.
You should either call VM for free from a VM landline by dialling 150, or you can also dial 0345 454 1111 which is a free call included in most call plans, as it's the same as dialling an 01,02,or 03 number, however on some calls plans you need to redial after 1 hour to keep it as a free call.
