Unable to clear voice mail messages

Usually, once you have listened to the message a list of options is presented, each with numbers associated with one being 'Delete Message' To delete voicemail messages on your Virgin Media landline, dial 1571 to access your voicemail, then follow the prompts to listen to and delete messages.

• Accessing your voicemail: Dial 1571 from your Virgin Media landline. 
• Listening to messages: Follow the prompts to listen to your voicemails. 
• Deleting Messages: Once you've listened to a message, you can delete it by pressing the appropriate number on your phone, which is usually 5.
