Switch Off Voicemail

Hi, can you arrange for mine to be turned off too, I’ve been getting masses of spoofed mobile numbers ringing so I turned off the phones answering machine so that the phone would appear unanswered and they’d go away, however when I got back off holiday the other day, I notice that there is a free voicemail active anyway. Problem as everyone states is that ringing 1571 there is no option to turn it off (contrary to what the website says). Thanks Steve
