Phone Line Down
Good Evening all.
Just spent the last 46 minutes on hold after getting through to VM customer service, to report a fault on our home phone line. Went through the usual hoops and was told there is a fault on line. The phone hasn't worked for over six months. I was then told I would be transferred to another department. I then waited on hold for 46 minutes and was then cut off. Is there a simpler way to report a fault?
