No wall socket

Hello, just received my hub 5 and I don’t have a wall socket

 

can anyone help?

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear About the missing wall socket, it sounds like the previous tenant had removed this.

    Have you noticed a brown box on the outside wall as this would be the entry point for the cable.

    What we can do is take some details from you over a private message and arrange for an engineer to attend and get a new wall socket installed.

    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
