No phone out or in but dial tone
Rang helpdesk finally got second line who told me to factory reset hub 4 and then promptly disconnected. I biw have no broadband no phone so matters have only got worse. I worked IT systems for years and they seem to be reading from a useless checklist. My contract is due soon. See no reason to sign but look at Sky alternative. Router has gone into constant search for connection.
