My mother agreed an upgrade to her broadband in June.
Since then, she has had no phone line nor broadband. She is 86 and her personal alarm needs a functioning phone line to operate. The technician was a no show yesterday after her waiting all day. No show this morning.
She herself has called 1908 3 times this morning only to be cut off mid conversation each time. She has been told that the next available date for a tecnnician will be 22nd August.
Unacceptable.
She is living alone and this is an extremely worrying situation for the whole family.
I am at a loss of how to resolve this for her and am hoping Virgin Media will see this post and make contact urgently.
