No landline for 4 days

We’ve had no landline for 4 days. Went online and no way to report the fault which is very frustrating! Just keeps taking me around in circles! Please advise!

    We're sorry to hear you've had no landline service for four days now. We've had a look and cannot see any known issues in your area. Do you have no dial tone at all? Have you been able to try a different handset in the socket at all? Faults can be reported to us from here or by calling our team on 0345 454 1111. We'll do our best to help.

      Hi

      i have tried all the suggested things on the website. We have no dial tone at all and cannot send or receive calls.
