No landline and needed Urgent

Hello can you Assist in getting my landline fixed please.  Its not been working since sunday  so i phoned virgin this morning explained the Fault no dial tone nothing. She explained there was an outage that would be fixed bt 1400 and gave me a direct line number if iut was not. the number did not work so  back on to virgin and for me thats a struggle on a Mobile  am 78 they dont seem to work for me, Girl told me Fault was  fixed  and to restart my MODEM  This is not an internet Phone  its a seperate line  she seemed to loose interest saying she would report it.   This line is also needed for Medical help for my daughter and me Doctors do not have mobile number , Virgin now this account is marked so i was  told.  can you look into this and get my phone back on  please   GU14 8NF  Is postcode
