Help needed urgently.
Hi I really need some help in regards to my broadband. It’s been down for over 4 days after raising a complaint ( I havent actually been able to speak to anyone about it yet) I finally had someone agree to send an engineer around to my house. I’ve taken half day off and received a confirmation text message to confirm it was booked.
unfortunately the time slot has passed and no engineer and now I’m still stuck in this position. I’m at my wits end with the lack of customer service I’ve experienced so far. I called back after work to speak to the complaints team as they called me during work hours and was told they will call me back. This hadn’t happened, I just need someone to contact me that can an actually get my internet working. Please….im desperate
VM sometimes cancels tech visits if it identifies a general problem in the area might be causing a fault. VM sometimes doesn't tell the customer about the cancellation.
Have you tried the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area?
