No Dial tone

I have a cordless phone with three handsets. There is no dial tone on any of them despite all being fully charged. I am trying to get an engineer to come and sort it but it is impossible to fine a customer service number. I have tried 150 from my 02 mobile but no connection.

What a shambles!!

    Can you please check here to see if we have any known faults in the local area?

    If nothing is listed, please let us know and we#d be happy to have a look at getting an engineer booked.

    I believe 150 only works on the VM landline?  You will need to call the normal number.

    Have you changed anything?

     If VM have changed your landline from the old copper wire, your DECT base station will now have to be connected to the Hub with a suitable adaptor that VM should have sent you.
