no dial tone, callers hear engaged tone
Complete silence and no dial tone. Issue started today - 1st Apr 24. Callers are directed straight to voicemail. Can’t call
out so how do we get this fixed?

Apparently it was a fault in the area and was fixed by 1130 this morning. Turns out that not all faults affect the 'status' updates so it can be showing green / all good when there is actually a known fault. Would have been helpful to know before I started all the unplugging and rebooting suggestions that the website suggests.

The area issues is due to be fixed by 16:00 not 11:30 sorry.
As mentioned not all area faults are put on the website tracker but I will feed your feedback back.
