N o dialing tone on my land line service status says no faults,

N o dialing tone on my land line service status says no faults, I have followed all the guide lines and been out an bought a new phone still nothing, Has my line been disconnected? Is there an email address or phone number for virgin? that i can speak to a human, I am not tech minded so any help would be great

    Is the phone plugged into an extension telephone socket (without a logo) or master telephone socket (with a logo)? Also, how many pieces of equipment are connected to the phone line?

      Its plugged into a virgin wall box virgin logo and it is only the phone connected
