My landlines has stopped working!

I assume I've been switched over and not told? I havent been sent anything

    For info ... to tell if a switch over has occurred check the VM Hub's admin menu. 

    Login to the VM Hub at http://192.168.0.1/   use the HUB Password ( not the Wi-Fi password )

    Once logged in, the first page shows:   Telephone ( Enabled / Disabled )

  • Hi Clairejo80 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear your landline isn't working.

    We would never switch customers over without informing them, but can you please see if this works on a different handset for you as currently, there's no area faults on the line?
