Landline problems


I have an issue with my landline. There is a very crackly dial tone but am unable to send or receive calls.

I have not been informed of we have had the changeover where you now plug into your hub and have not received any adapter in order to do this. 

There are no issues showing on the status page. Can this be looked into please.
