Landline not working since power cut

Hi there, 

Since a power cut in our area we have no landline working that happened a week ago.

Chat bot says we have to ring direct, we have tried using a mobile and are in a queue with no indication of when call may be answered.

When I do a check on  a device for service status  it shows broadband is fine, tv has an orange ! yet is working absolutley fine and it says land line has a green tick!

Can someone help please, or tell us how to connect with a real person who can help.

    Can you please check all connections are secure?
