Landline not working.

Landline not working. No dial tone. None of the help numbers appear to be working. Neighbour's phone (also Virgin) appears to be fine

    Hi walnutlodge,

    Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with your landline.

    I've had a look at things from our side, and an engineer is required.
