Landline not working - recently ported landline number to VM from TalkTalk
I have transferred my landline from TalkTalk to VM and ported the number across from TalkTalk. This process was done by an engineer, who visited me on 15/07/2024, TalkTalk acknowledged this and said the process was completed on 24/07/2024.
The landline currently has no dial tone when trying to make a call and doesn't receive calls either.
This is a regular wall phone socket connection - I've tried powering off/unplugging all the cables, left them off for a little while, still nothing.
Any help would be appreciated with this.
