Landline not working - recently ported landline number to VM from TalkTalk

I have transferred my landline from TalkTalk to VM and ported the number across from TalkTalk. This process was done by an engineer, who visited me on 15/07/2024, TalkTalk acknowledged this and said ...

Engineer came on Tuesday and the landline is now set up and working via the hub. Thanks all.
