My landline drops out and goes to dial tone after using the phone for around 10 minutes.
Short calls are fine. I use a cordless handset that goes through a base station. I have three other handsets and it happens no matter what handset I use.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, it has been a while, hope you have kept well, sorry to hear your phone is going off after talking for 10 minutes regardless s to which handset you use.
Have you tried using a different handset which isn't part of the set as it could be an issues with the phone itself and not the line, because you are able to make short calls it is unlikely to be a fault with the telephone line, if an engineer came and it is your equipment there would be a £25 callout charge added, you can also find further help and support around phone faults here.

Is your VM landline provided from the back of the VM hub or from a traditional telephone wall socket?
