Lately my landline has been very crackly. Today, during an incoming call it died altogether (no dial tone) It rings if I dial it from my mobile but the line just crackles at best. Anyone know how I can let Virgin know so I can get an engineer out?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Update: I phoned VM and an engineer is coming Monday (8 April) pm.
