Landline completely dead

Hi - my landline has been completely dead for several months - no dial tone internally, and when anyone tries to call me the call is immediately terminated (no ringing, no message, nothing).

I have run the status checker, and it shows there are no problems. I have looked at the troubleshooting guides and they haven't helped.

And most frustrating, the chatbot won't let me report a fault!

How do I get this fixed? I have been paying for a service I am not receiving, and so far it has been impossible to contact anyone to sort it out.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

      I canโ€™t phone from my Virgin landline as it is dead! I wanted to report online but the computer said no. But the very helpful chap from VM contacted me directly and all now sorted!
