Landline call forwarding

I've tried dialling 1765 from our landline numerous times to find out what my location colour is to set up call divert/forwarding but the number is not in use! Any advice on how else I can find out what our location colour is to continue set up for this?

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues setting up your call forwarding.

    Can you please try the instructions here for the red zone please.

      Those instructions no longer work. If you dial *21* now a recorded message says the function is not available on this line - call customer services.

        Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us in our community and welcome back, it has been a long time, hope you have kept well, sorry to see you are facing issues with call forwarding, is this something which has just happened, was it working OK, have you had a recent fault or are there any known issues showing on our Service Status?
