Both our landline and broadband are down in our area, not sure how many are effected but my brother on the same street is also down too. We phoned up Virgin to be told it will be fixed in a week?!?! Is there anyone we can speak to about this as a week is too long especially with no landline.
Just spoke to a elderly neighbour and her virgin TV doesn't work either. The service status page says everything is fine but it's clearly not.
