Landline - not ringing

For some reason incoming calls do not ring anymore. Our phones aren’t on mute or privacy mode. They’re plugged into the wall (not yet been migrated over the hub). 

Just tried a brand new and different landline phone, and the same thing happens. 

My elderly father relies on this and I have made repeated attempts to book an Engineer visit to no avail.
