land line not working after fault

Hi, there was a fault reported yesterday.  We still have our home landline not working, just says busy when you try to ring & not able to dial out either. I have unplugged all phone & reset hub as well. Power is on, on all the plug in phones.

    All sorted now, engineer came out & said not many lines are still on the copper one & switched us on to the fibre phone service
