Knowsley L36 - Landline problems

Phone unable to call in/out ie 1471/150 etc

Gone to neighbours same problem

Rang 0345 454 1111 saying 2 weeks digital changeover ?

Had no email/call/letters about a switchover

More on belhalf of elderly neighbour.

    Phoneline fixed - caller ID + 1471 back working
