I've just done the phone switch to fibre but my phone is not working.

I've just done the fibre switch but the landline is not working. I've rebooted twice. Can you help?

    Sorry to hear your landline has been down since the switchover. We can understand your concern. Just to confirm did you set it up as seen here  https://www.virginmedia.com/help/digital-voice-switchover

    Is the a dial tone? Are you able to make or receive calls?

      Hi Akua_A, yes I set it up as advised. There's no dialling tone and no, I can't make or receive calls on the landline.
