I asked to port my old BT line to virgin but the number hasn’t ported to
I asked to port my old BT line to virgin but the number hasn’t ported to the new virgin landline. The BT line now has been disconnected at virgin’s request and customer advisors tell me the old number is lost now - this number had been in the family for over 60 years, I am so upset it’s been lost - is there anything anyone can do to get it back?
