Home phone not working

So got the email in Spetember stating they are switching customers to their fibre network. No problem I thought, they will let me know when it is happening. Well I've not had a landline for some time now, no idea when it stopped working but not getting any dial tone, nothing, no external calls.

I purchased an RJ11 to RJ11 cable and plugged it into the phone and router. Still nothing!

Then checking my router the Telephony is DISABLED! I can't call Virgin as my landline does not work!

How can I get my telephony activated on my Hub 3 router so my landline comes back!

Bad service from Virgin not everyone relies on mobiles 24/7 to make or receive calls!

    The problem here is you have ASSUMED you have been switched over but actually you have a fault on your existing phoneline and it has nothing to do with the switchover that will happen in the future

  • I have Hub 4 router and it says Telephony disabled so headsets I've plugged into the hub don't work.  How do I activate telephony in the Hub 4 router so headsets il work?

If so, we would need to bring you in for a private message so that we can look into this with you.         Yes I do have a landline package with Virgin Media
