Green box graffiti

There is a green box outside my house that is covered in graffiti that is unsightly. I have constantly contacted the local council and they have said it is your problem to fix and to contact you.

    Could you please provide a photo of the cabinet?

    Please also provide the street name, postcode and nearest house number.

    We can then report this.

      N0926048 is the number on it I’m not sure if that will help at all
