Free VoiceMail not kicking in.

Finally got around to trying to set up my Free voicemail on my house phone. I followed all the instructions to the letter but it just does not work.

The message is supposed to kick in after 10 rings but when i tested this it just rang and rang without activating.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so was there a the solution?

    To confirm, when you finish the process does it confirm it has been setup?

      Yes the process did confirm it had completed the set-up

        Hi Martin - Please ignore Sabrina's post. This has not been resolved even though the setup said it had completed.
