Engineer fails to turn up again!

I am very disappointed in the Virgin Media service. I had an engineer's appointment arranged two weeks ago.  I stayed in all day waiting.  The engineer turned up hours late without letting me know they were running late. They were unable to fix the problem with the landline.  I was given another engineer's appointment for today (2 weeks later) between 8am and 12pm.  It is now 4:30pm and the engineer has not arrived or updated me, despite confirming the appointment.  This is extremely inconvenient - I have work and personal commitments which I've had to change to be in for this appointment. Why is it so difficult for Virgin Media to take better care of its customers?

  • It’s frustrating when appointments aren’t kept. I recommend contacting Virgin Media’s customer service to escalate the issue and seek a resolution. They should offer compensation or an expedited solution for the inconvenience.

  • Do ensure that you secure the full automatic compensation due to you for the missed appointments.
