Disgraceful engineer service
hi,
Booked engineer for Friday 14th. No show. They booked one for this Thursday he shows up at 4.30 says he hasn't got cable to sort problem. Will call first thing in morning, no show. Now I'm still with fault, no engineer came again, it's about phone line not working downstairs. Hub is upstairs. My father is 96, needs the phone working downstairs. Disabled phone, you swapped over to digital phone and never told us. Very bad.
